Current scope
The website presents Flowenica AI Studio and collects informational requests or non-binding purchase intentions. The website does not conclude sales: availability, scope, commercial terms and activation are confirmed only through a later separate offer and explicit acceptance.
Artificial intelligence only
With Flowenica you deal only with an artificial intelligence system. Every message, reply and action is handled by AI: no person will write to you, call you or reply to you. The owner can check a reply before it is sent, but does not write it and never contacts you.
No sales contract
Submitting a form, verifying an email, viewing a price or receiving a reply from the AI system does not create an order, delivery promise, booking, invoice or contract. Any future service requires a separate offer, applicable terms and explicit acceptance.
Accurate information
Users must provide truthful, relevant information they are entitled to provide. Unnecessary sensitive data, credentials, unlawful content and third-party information without authority are prohibited.
Intellectual property
Flowenica trademarks, software, architectures, interfaces, processes and materials are protected. Website access transfers no rights in code, models, processes or content.
Prohibited use
Unauthorised access, unlawful reverse engineering, aggressive scraping, security interference, form abuse and regulated-profession uses excluded by Flowenica policies are prohibited.
Availability and liability
The website may be updated or suspended. Information is descriptive and is not medical, legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Applicable law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, Italian law applies. If online transactions are offered, the applicable specific terms will be published, including contract formation, withdrawal and refunds where required.
