Businesses and VAT-registered professionals only: we do not sell to private consumers.
The analysis of your request is free.
First month guaranteed: if the program does not do what we agreed, you leave without paying anything, setup fee included.
The guarantee also covers the setup fee: if you leave in the first month you pay neither the fee nor the setup, and whatever you have already paid is refunded.
Changes not used in a month do not carry over to the next; a large change is not covered by the fee and is made by moving to a higher plan.
Priority (Studio and Business): your support requests, and in custom programs the changes covered by the fee, are handled before those of the other plans; the email reply still comes within 1 working day, as for everyone.
If a payment does not arrive, the program becomes read-only until it is paid.
Custom programs are cancelled with 30 days' notice, once any 12-month commitment has ended.
Founder price: the first 10 customers of ready programs and the first 10 of custom programs keep these prices for as long as their subscription stays active; later customers may be charged new list prices.

What does it cost?

Ready programs Flowenica AI Automation: Start 29 €, Professional 49 €, Studio 89 € a month; the annual plan costs 10 months (€290, €490, €890). Custom programs: Essential 99 €, Growth 199 €, Business 399 € a month, with a 12-month commitment and no setup fee, or monthly with a setup fee equal to 3 monthly fees.

Do I pay for the analysis?

No. The analysis of your request is free. It commits you to nothing.

What if the program does not do what I need?

First month guaranteed: if the program does not do what we agreed, you leave without paying anything, setup fee included.

How do I pay?

You pay by card (through Stripe) or by bank transfer. Sales are made under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario) of Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, of Law no. 190/2014: no VAT is charged. Invoices above €77.47 carry €2 stamp duty. For customers based outside Italy the tax treatment is stated in the order confirmation and on the invoice.

What happens if a payment does not arrive?

If a payment does not arrive, the program becomes read-only until it is paid.

How do I cancel?

Ready programs: monthly subscription, cancel any time; the annual plan costs 10 months and covers 12. Early cancellation of the annual plan: the remaining months are not refunded and the program stays active until the end of the period paid for, except under the first-month guarantee. Custom programs are cancelled with 30 days' notice, once any 12-month commitment has ended.

Businesses and VAT-registered professionals only: we do not sell to private consumers.

Who works on my project?

An artificial intelligence system prepares the research, drafts, analyses and documents and answers you; the owner can check them before they are sent, but does not write them. We hold no meetings and nothing is spoken: all of it happens in writing.

Do you use AI on my data?

We use AI for research, drafts and checks. We do not train models on your data and we do not sell it. What you send us is used to do the work and is deleted on request.
