Who answers you Support and communication are carried out by a system of AI assistants, not by people. A person supervises the work and approves every piece of content before it is sent to you.
We take one process, map it as it runs today and write down what can be automated, what cannot and why, with the cost and time the work would take.

What we need from you
- One chosen process: the one that costs you the most time or the most mistakes.
- The intake form filled in by whoever runs it: about 40 minutes of writing, plus the checks we ask for by email.
- Real examples of the emails, forms or documents that travel through it; you may redact personal data.
- The list of tools you use today, even if it is "spreadsheets and WhatsApp".
Timeline
- We reply within 1 working day and send you the intake form.
- Gathering and checks: 2 or 3 days.
- Document delivered within 7 working days of the gathering, then the written round of questions.
What is not included
- No development: this decides, it does not build.
- We do not touch your systems and we do not move data.
- Third-party tool licences, if any are needed, stay at your cost and we write that down in advance.
- We do not guarantee the process can be automated: if the answer is no, the answer is no, in writing.

On our first deliveries we apply a 30% discount in exchange for permission to describe the work publicly, in a form you approve. If you prefer to stay anonymous you pay the full price: the choice changes nothing about the work.
