Interaction with AI systems
Flowenica uses artificial intelligence systems for analysis, classification, draft preparation and assistance. The interface clearly identifies the AI assistant.
Human oversight
Commercial decisions, service activation, payments, security exceptions and high-impact actions remain subject to human oversight and independent technical controls.
No regulated professional advice
AI systems do not provide medical diagnosis, legal, tax, financial or other services requiring professional licensing.
Possible errors
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important outputs must be verified and, where appropriate, reviewed by a qualified professional.
Data processed
Messages and strictly necessary technical data may be sent to AI providers listed in the privacy notice and subprocessor list. Do not submit secrets, credentials or unnecessary special-category data.
AI-assisted communications
Communications may be prepared with AI assistance. Flowenica applies language, content, opportunity, regulated-sector and human-approval controls according to the active mode.
