Who you deal with
With Flowenica you deal only with an artificial intelligence system. Every message, reply and action is handled by AI: no person will write to you, call you or reply to you. The owner can check a reply before it is sent, but does not write it and never contacts you.
What the owner does
The owner can check a reply before it is sent: the owner approves it or rejects it with a reason, and in that case the AI system writes it again. The owner does not write the messages, does not reply in place of the AI system and does not contact you.
Where it applies
The AI system handles the “Write to us” form, the replies to requests, the verification and confirmation emails and support. Every message you receive from Flowenica ends with the sentence in “Who you deal with” (version op341-v1).
No regulated professional advice
The AI system does not provide medical diagnosis, legal, tax, financial or other services requiring professional licensing.
Possible errors
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important outputs must be verified and, where appropriate, reviewed by a qualified professional.
Data processed
Messages and strictly necessary technical data are sent to the AI providers listed in the privacy notice. Do not submit secrets, credentials or unnecessary special-category data.
Decisions
No decision based solely on automated processing produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you: a contract, a payment or the activation of a service always requires a separate offer and your explicit acceptance.
